Well, I handed in my proposal today and after taking lots of advice dropped the quantitative element of my proposal.

The reasons were many but mostly I want to focus on how and why people use technology to support learning in youth work.

In the course of writing I found a few good blogs and websites and first monday, a free, open source web based journal about the Internet.
